Letting your home without an agent, step by step

From the first photo to a signed lease, at a flat fee and with credit back when you let.

In short
  • Self-list for €49 or have it surveyed for €199, both until let.
  • Only ID-checked tenants can book the viewing slots you open.
  • You get €20 or €30 back as credit when the let is confirmed.

1. Create an account and verify

Sign up with your e-mail (no password, one link), then pass the ID and selfie check. It takes a few minutes and is the same check every tenant passes.

2. Choose a plan

Self-listed, €49: you add the photos and details yourself. If nobody asks to view within 14 days, the fee is refunded.

Surveyed, €199: our surveyor visits, measures the home, photographs every room and prepares an inventory for the lease. Surveyed homes carry a badge and are shown first.

3. Prove ownership

Upload a document that shows the home is yours to let. A reviewer checks it before the listing goes live, and it is deleted after the check.

4. Open viewing slots

Pick the times that suit you, as single viewings or group viewings for several people at once. Only verified tenants can request a slot, and you approve each request with one tap.

Group viewings save time. One slot for up to ten people means fewer trips to the flat and a quicker decision.

5. Choose your tenant and mark it rented

You and the tenant agree the rent and terms directly; noagent.rent never negotiates or advises on the price. When you mark the home as rented, the credit comes back on your fee and the listing stays online with its last rent, without your name or street.

6. After the let

You get reminders for the lease registration deadline and keep the survey photos and inventory, to use wherever you like.
