Flat fees. Never a share of the rent.

An agency takes half a month's rent plus VAT from each side. Here you pay a small flat fee for what you use, and nothing grows with the rent.

Questions

About the money

We never take a share of the rent and never advise on what to charge.

Why are agents not allowed?

Agents earn a share of the rent, so they gain from higher prices, vague listings and churn. noagent.rent charges flat fees and never a share of the rent. Accounts that act for others are closed for good after a review, with 14 days to appeal.

What does it cost tenants?

Browsing is free. To contact landlords and book viewings you need a verified account and a 30-day search pass for €29. During the pilot the pass is free.

What does it cost landlords?

€49 to self-list or €199 with our survey (photos, measurements, inventory), until the home is let. €20 or €30 comes back as credit when the let is confirmed, and a self-listing is refunded if nobody asks to view within 14 days.

What does "surveyed" mean?

A noagent.rent surveyor visited, measured the flat and photographed every room. The survey is a factual record of condition and features. Surveyors do not value or promote the property and do not show it.

Do you negotiate or advise on the rent?

No. Landlord and tenant agree everything between themselves. We publish statistics of past rents in each locality, never a price for a particular flat.

What happens to my personal details?

Landlords see your name and verification status when you request a viewing; your phone number only after they approve. Identity documents stay with the verification provider. See the privacy notice.

Why do rented homes stay online?

So everyone can see what homes really let for. The contact button disappears; the last rent and the date stay.
