No agent decides who views your home or what you charge. You choose the slots, approve the tenants and pay a flat fee, with credit back when the home is let.
Agency fee assumed at half a month's rent plus 18% VAT. noagent prices include VAT; the credit (€30) applies on a confirmed let. This is arithmetic, not advice on what to charge.
Verified tenants publish a wanted profile: locality, budget range, move-in date. You see the numbers, never their names.
No published profiles yet. The first numbers appear here as soon as verified tenants publish them.

Hi! Pick what you're here for, or type a question.
Agents earn a share of the rent, so they gain from higher prices, vague listings and churn. noagent.rent charges flat fees and never a share of the rent. Accounts that act for others are closed for good after a review, with 14 days to appeal.
Browsing is free. To contact landlords and book viewings you need a verified account and a 30-day search pass for €29. During the pilot the pass is free.
€49 to self-list or €199 with our survey (photos, measurements, inventory), until the home is let. €20 or €30 comes back as credit when the let is confirmed, and a self-listing is refunded if nobody asks to view within 14 days.
A noagent.rent surveyor visited, measured the flat and photographed every room. The survey is a factual record of condition and features. Surveyors do not value or promote the property and do not show it.
No. Landlord and tenant agree everything between themselves. We publish statistics of past rents in each locality, never a price for a particular flat.
Landlords see your name and verification status when you request a viewing; your phone number only after they approve. Identity documents stay with the verification provider. See the privacy notice.
So everyone can see what homes really let for. The contact button disappears; the last rent and the date stay.
No answer for that yet. Write to hello (at) noagent.rent and a person replies, not an agent.
