Accounts that act for others are closed for good after a review, and fees paid are not refunded. There are 14 days to appeal, with a €95 deposit that is refunded in full if the appeal succeeds. No. Landlord and tenant agree everything between themselves. We publish statistics of past rents in each locality, never a price for a particular flat.
Landlords see your name and verification status when you request a viewing; your phone number only after they approve. Identity documents are seen only by the person checking them and deleted at the decision. See the privacy notice.
