What is true today
- What it is
- A rental platform for Malta and Gozo where private landlords and tenants deal directly. Agents are not allowed.
- For tenants
- No agency fee on any home. Search pass €29 for 30 days, free during the launch period. Viewings are booked by the tenant.
- For landlords
- One flat fee instead of a share of the rent: €69 self-listed or €199 surveyed by us, paid only after the listing is approved and covering the listing until it is let (up to 90 active days). The first 300 self-listed homes list free.
- Trust
- Landlords and tenants are ID-checked by a person. Landlords show proof of ownership. Surveyed homes are measured and photographed room by room.
- Open prices
- Let homes stay in a rented archive with their last rent and date, so anyone can see what homes really let for.
- Fair access
- Listings or decisions that exclude people by origin or nationality are not allowed.
- Reference
- An agency would take about €708 from a tenant on a €1,200 rent. This is the comparison used on the site.
- Status
- Opening day will be announced; every home goes live at once.
